The Meadows Foodbank is a Trussell Trust foodbank, and is located at the Bridgeway Hall Methodist Mission, Bridgeway Centre, Arkwright Walk, The Meadows, Nottingham NG2 2JD.  We are one of the largest foodbanks in the Nottinghamshire area, and provide 3-day emergency food relief parcels for those in need. 

Our foodbank opening times are Tuesdays 5.30 – 7.30pm, Fridays 10am – 12noon and Saturdays 11am – 1pm.

Anyone is welcome to drop into our sessions for a hot drink and a chat, but to get a food parcel, you will need an official foodbank voucher from one of our registered charity partners. To find out more about the agencies/charities who can issue these vouchers, please see our Visit-Us page.

Once you have been issued with a voucher, you can bring this voucher to the foodbank and exchange it for a food parcel. Most Fridays we are also supported by a fantastic team from Bestwood Advice Centre, who can provide support and guidance on benefits, housing, debt and welfare issues. 

We are a Trussell Trust Foodbank and we work in partnership with a number of agencies, such as Bridges Community Trust, Meadows Advice Group, Sainsburys (Castle Marina), Waitrose (Nottingham), The Embankment (Castle Rock), Life at the Centre and Hope Nottingham.
